Our Bishop

Bishop Julian Mark Dobbs is the Bishop of The Anglican Diocese of the Living Word—a diocese of the Anglican Church in North America—and has oversight of the clergy and congregations in the diocese. He and his wife Brenda have made their home in Northern Virginia since 2006.

Our Vicar

Clayton Hutchins is the vicar (or pastor) of Holy Cross Anglican Church. He obtained his M.Div in 2018, and after several years of pastoral service he began his ministry at Holy Cross in July 2022. Clayton also teaches Bible and humanities at a local Christian school. He is married to Ivy, and together they have two children, Lily and Peter.
